Delivery times and rates

Orders containing only products marked as In Stock and paid for before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

The delivery of items ordered online will be made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or erroneous and the carrier returns the order to Nova Parts Iberica S.L, Nova Parts Iberica S.L will send an email to inform the customer. The reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Notes: No compensation can be claimed if the delivery time is not respected due to strike, accident, natural disaster, or any other event for which we cannot be held responsible. Orders are shipped the same day only if all items in the cart are available in stock. For example, if one item is in stock and another is marked as Shipped within 3 to 5 days, your order will be shipped complete when the missing item is back in stock. 

For home deliveries by Colissimo, they take place from Monday to Saturday. For workplace deliveries, they take place from Monday to Friday. On the day your package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email and/or SMS informing you of the expected delivery date. If the delivery cannot be made due to your absence, the package will automatically be represented the next day. If access allows, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. With "interactive delivery", you will receive additional information via SMS and/or email about the different options to retrieve your package. You will have two weeks to collect your package, after which it will be returned to us.

For home deliveries by GLS, they take place from Monday to Friday. On the day your package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
If the delivery cannot be made due to your absence, the package will automatically be represented the next day. If access allows, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. GLS will automatically send you an email so you can choose another delivery date.

Delivery times are given as an indication.

The customer must check the contents of their package at the time of delivery and make all necessary reservations with the delivery person.
In case of damage, the package must be refused; otherwise, no subsequent claim will be accepted.

To avoid any dispute, please check each item upon delivery, as no claims will be taken into account if these conditions have not been met.
